I want to take this opportunity to thank a sales rep, Zach Arnst, at Taylor Guitars in CA for completely taking care of my precious 314CE. It will be in surgery for a while, I'd assume, due to internal bleeding (in other words, battery acid exploded all over the inside!). Zach not only assured me Taylor would handle everything, he was also incredibly nice simply based on his belief in good karma, as he put it. I'd encourage anyone who needs to talk to Taylor Guitars to go directly to him! |
